Return & Refund Policy

At Oak & Paw Co., we want you and your dog to feel confident in every purchase.

If you are not satisfied with your order, you may request a return or refund within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility for Returns

• Items must be unused and in their original packaging to be eligible for a return.
• Due to safety and quality standards, opened tinctures or consumable products cannot be returned, but we are happy to work with you to find a solution.
• Returns must be requested within 30 days of receiving your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will gladly send a replacement or issue a refund.

Refunds

Once a return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 5–10 business days.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
